Maria Byrd
Practicing since 1996 in public accounting and private practice, Ms. Byrd
provides bilingual accounting consulting services to U.S. and international companies. She has consolidated global financial statements, closed the books, supervised staffs, delivered month-end reports, and assessed accounting procedures to automate, streamline and improve data analysis.
She is skilled in Microsoft Dynamics, SAP and Excel for financial data analysis. Ms. Byrd formerly served as Director of Finance for a South Florida recycled paper manufacturing company, where she led the accounting, information technology, and human resources departments. Ms. Byrd began her career at a large international public accounting firm. During her 11 years with the firm, Ms. Byrd managed financial statement audits of companies with revenues ranging from $2 million to $8 billion and supervised teams of up to twelve tax and accounting professionals.

Maria Martinez
Started her career accounting career in 1995, her experience in public accounting and private practice, includes managing income tax matters for corporations and individuals, as well as directing a diverse client base across the U.S. and internationally. She currently works with a variety of U.S. and international clients representing a broad range of industries. Ms. Martinez manages federal, state and international income tax compliance and consults on both inbound and outbound needs. Ms. Martinez is experienced in researching and analyzing tax issues, and advising clients on a wide range of accounting issues.
